I love my job...

I just got home from a long weekend in Disney with my parents, kids, and niece. More to share later!

My favorite age...

When my kids were 6 months old, I wanted to freeze time. That is absolutely my favorite age. Enjoy every minute, Katy and Scott. Colin is so sweet...I just want to take a bite out of him!

Sisters...

You will probably recognize two of these young ladies. I recently did their senior pictures. Mom then asked for another shoot for their younger sister, Mallory. I felt like I was working on an Abercrombie ad shoot with a bunch of models! I love my job!

Jennifer...

I spent a beautiful afternoon with Jennifer and her mom...who just happens to be my third cousin. We lost touch for lots of years but found each other on Facebook. I love that! I also love and felt very honored that they asked me to do Jennifer's senior pictures. I enjoyed meeting her, spending that time with her, and getting to know her. She's completely charming! Enjoy your senior year, Jennifer...every minute!

Jennifer mentioned that she wanted to be a book editor. She also mentioned that she had visited a little book store in the area and thought pictures there might be fun. I did the photographer's happy dance!!

UPS Man...

How do you know that you do too much internet shopping? Your kid wants to be the UPS man for Halloween!  I was a little skeptical, but the costume got LOTS of attention at school and on Halloween night. He carried around a small box for his candy.

 I don't always get great cooperation! ;)

Busy Fall...

I'm just loving the shoots I've had this fall...and loving the variety. I have two to share tonight to try to catch up a bit.

I decided I needed some park variety, so I headed to a new location to meet the beautiful and very sweet Mary Grace. I heard about a park near her home last spring, and it's been on my mind ever since. Wow...it's gorgeous! I'm sure Mary Grace thought I was a little silly, but I was almost squealing with delight walking around a historic home on the grounds. I love white stone!
