I'm so pleased with the amount of senior work I've had this fall.  Senior shoots are right up there on my list of favorite things to do. 

Maddie and I timed this shoot perfectly...no rain, some nice cloud cover, and warm enough temps so she was comfortable.  This is exactly how I love to spend my late afternoons in the fall! 

Thanks, Maddie!  Enjoy every minute of  your senior year!

Katie and Tim's Wedding Day...

I just love getting letters like this one in the mail.

Katie and Tim had an amazingly beautiful day.  Yes...it rained.  However, the breaks in the rain were timed just right.  We were able to get gorgeous outside images and still break out those umbrellas just for fun.  We got drizzled on just a bit as we were finishing the bridal party shoot.  Perfect timing.

October update...

I'm behind on client posts...including Katie and Tim's wedding...but I haven't done a personal post in awhile.

October is my favorite month.  It's crazy busy...especially for my business...but I love everything about it.  This pink pumpkin has to top my list!

We've grown two of our own this year.  Here was our first pick of the season...along with my little pumpkin.

We visited the pumpkin patch last weekend to stock up on a few extra.

The boy ate funnel cakes and was a happy pumpkin patcher.

Unfortunately we went to the pumpkin patch on an 80+ degree day.  I hate that!  October days should all have a chill in the air.  I'm so glad it's finally cool. 

My niece, Ashley, celebrated her Bat Mitzvah this past weekend.  Izzy and Jake know how to party.

I guess they get it from their mommas.

I'm really not that much shorter than the rest of my family.   I apparently like to lean. ;)

By the way...if you happen to see me sporting one of these on my ponytail, it's because my little man won them for me at the arcade.

We had our family pictures taken this month with two very dear friends of mine.  Pamela Schniepp and Nancy Williams Photography delivered so many gorgeous images!!  I haven't decided on a Christmas card shot yet, so I can't post any family pictures.  Here are some other favorites.  I just love the shots of Dan and me.  I wanted some new ones since we just celebrated 25 years together this summer.

 

This last shot is awesome.  It's so us.
